Semi-fluid Grease
           
Product Description:
 
A premium quality semi-fluid grease designed for centralised lubrication systems. Suitable for anti-friction and plain bearings subjected to high load conditions, can also be used for gearboxes designed to operate with a semi-fluid slumping grease.
 
Applications:
 
Can be applied manually, or by using a standard grease gun (400gm cartridges available), or via a central lubricating system capable of pumping an NLGI No.00 grease; consult a qualified centralised lubrication systems engineer before installation. As with all greases used for the first time, check compatibility with the grease applied previously and if necessary purge bearings prior to application. Likewise, as a general rule, take care not to over-lubricate and apply the quantity of grease recommended by the bearing manufacturer
